INGREDIENTS
2 4 oz burrata balls
lemon zest
olive oil
basil, cut into ribbons + a couple leaves for garnish
flakey salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place burrata balls in a shallow bowl and cut open to spread straciatella filling.
2. Drizzle with olive oil then top with flakey salt, lemon zest and basil.
3. Service with crostini and enjoy!
