INGREDIENTS
4x 4oz burrata balls
19 peppercorns
1/4 carrot, peeled and cut into triangle nose shape
4 basil leaves
1 oz arugula, pre-dressed with olive oil & salt
8 oz cherry tomatoes, chopped, pre-dressed with olive oil & salt
flakey salt
Olive oil
Balsamic glaze/reduction (optional & not pictured)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Lay 4 burrata bowls down on a plate, two stacked on each other side by side, resembling snowman.
2. Lay peppercorns down on the burrata balls resembling a face. Lay the carrot slices down for the “noses”.
3. Place the peppercorn “buttons” on the lower burrata balls, and place two basil leaves under the top burrata balls to be their “scarves”.
4. Dress the bottom of the plate with arugula, and place the tomatoes at the top of the plate.
5. Sprinkle the flakey salt to taste on the arugula, tomatoes, and burrata. Serve with Crostini and enjoy!
6. Option to add balsamic glaze on the tomatoes and arugula before serving.
