INGREDIENTS
1 6-0z block Roth Creamy Havarti, cut into squares
Bowtie pasta
Manzanilla olives with pimento peppers
Salami, folded into fourths
Hot pepper
Cherry tomato
Rosemary
Olive, to taste
Salt & pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente, or for about 10 minutes.
2. Drain pasta, dress with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Skewer bow tie pasta, manzanilla olive, salami, hot pepper, Roth Creamy Havarti square, cherry tomato, and another manzanilla olive.
4. Lay in a circle around the edge of a platter, garnish with rosemary, and enjoy!
