Blueberry & Walnut Baked Brie
INGREDIENTS
8 oz brie
5 tbsp blueberry jam
¾ cup walnuts, chopped
1- 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
flakey salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Score the brie with ½ inch thick cuts.
3. Top with blueberry jam, walnuts, and flakey salt.
4. Place in oven and bake for 12-18 minutes, until cheese is soft and starting to ooze out.
5. Take out, top with rosemary, and serve with crostini.
