The Workout:
Side to Curtsy Lunge 15 Reps
Runners Lunge to Plank 10 Reps
Knee Drivers 20 Reps
Ballerina Lunge 10 Reps
Total Body Reset 5 Reps
Alternate sides and perform each round 3 times!
