$EATS \ dark chocolate apple bark🍫🍏 SO easy to make and a delicious treat for fall! Cut up your favorite apple of choice and place it in lemon water so it doesn’t brown. Put dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a pan and melt slowly. Grab a sheet pan and place unbleahced parchment paper on top. Pour chocolate on top, place apple pieces on top, drizzle with date sauce (or caramel) and lastly sprinkle with sea salt🤌🏻🤌🏻 Put in the fridge to set. Once it is hardened, cut bark into pieces! $FALL \ Love a simmer pot and the autumn smells that fill my house🍁 This is a great non-toxic way to scent your home. For fall I use the following👇🏻 + two cups of water + 1 lemon slice + 1 apple slice + 2 orange slices + 1 rosemary spring + 3 star of anise + 1 tablespoon of whole cloves + 3 cinnamon sticks Let it come to a boil and turn on simmer. $SKIN \ let’s de-puff the eyes and face!🧖🏻‍♀️ I do TWO things to help drain and brighten each morning… [1] ice roll - this not only de-puffs the face but also helps drain it! I make sure to move in the direction of my lymphatic system. [2] eye patches - these target many things to help with the thin under eye area: de-puff, hydrate and brighten✨ I wear them for about an hour while I get the kiddos ready for school.
