Be smart about it 👌🏻 I get 20 minutes of morning light in my eyes during walks👀 Weather permitting, I also try to get 20 minutes of sun on my body. Since I live in the mountains and can’t for half of the year, we invested in a full spectrum light panel. I’ve incorporated this light into my daily routine during the winter months and it’s been amazing!✨🚨 When it comes to beauty wellness, red light is great for inflammation, fine line and building collagen.
