Travel day and first day in Asheville is in the books. We were up at 4 am to catch an early flight into town & then spent most of the day waiting for our room, so it was all about a versatile travel outfit I could wear to walk around the hotel and grounds, lunch and a casual dinner. We were SO tired!! We’re staying at the Inn at the Biltmore and it’s the most elegant hotel I’ve ever seen. We drove around the grounds of Biltmore (which is so stunning I forgot to take pictures), spent time in the Village, met up with the bride and groom, had dinner in the hotel’s Library Lounge and called it an early night so we will be well rested for a full day of touring and wedding celebrations the next day! As I was washing my face I realized the rose in a vase on the bathroom vanity is real and smells divine!
