Great Low Carb Meal: Viral Spaghetti Squash Recipe

It’s so good. I’ve made this like 4 times. Definitely modify it for your dietary preferences and needs!
Ingredients
- Ground beef (or meat of choice)
- Onions
- Grape tomatoes
- Spinach
- Heavy cream
- Boursin cheese
- Mozzarella
- Spaghetti squash
- Minced garlic
- Butter
- Chopped Onions
- Seasoning (Creole, garlic powder, onion powder, Kinders buttery blend, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes)
- Seasoning (Creole, garlic powder, onion powder, kinder’s buttery blend - I used Lemon garlic butter though, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes)
Directions
- Poke holes in squash
- Heat in microwave for 5 mins so it easier to cut
- Cut squash in half
- Spoon out inside of squash
- Brush avocado oil inside squash
- Season inside well (Creole, garlic powder, onion powder, Kinders buttery blend, cayenne pepper)
- Brush seasoning all over
- Bake in oven on 350 for 50 mins
- Shred squash with a fork & set aside
- In a hot skillet add ground beef
- Season (Creole, garlic powder, onion powder, Kinder’s buttery
- Cook until fully done
- Set aside once done
- In that same skillet add 2 tablespoons of butter (deglaze the pan)
- Add 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- Add chopped onion
- Add spinach
- Cook down
- Add Boursin cheese
- When softened mix with spinach mixture
- Add heavy cream
- Slowly add mozzarella cheese
- Mix until melted & well combined
- Season your sauce (Creole, garlic powder, onion powder, Kinder’s buttery blend, cayenne pepper, red pepper chili flakes)
- Pour over squash noodles
- Top with more mozzarella cheese broil for 4 mins
