TO MAKE: Thinly slice your choice of steak against the grain into bite-sized pieces. Add to a large ziploc (or bowl) with teriyaki sauce, freshly minced garlic, salt, cracked pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Seal bag and mix well. Marinate for 10-15 minutes. To a large pan on medium-high heat add butter (or oil of your choice). Carefully add steak into the pan making sure to separate each piece. Cook for 1 minute then add a drizzle of teriyaki sauce. Flip and cook for another minute. Add more garlic and mix. Cook until steak is lightly browned and sauce is caramelized.
