Here are the details for my fave protein-packed snacks for fat loss. ⬇️
1️⃣ Siggi’s low sugar vanilla yogurt with Catalina Crunch pb chocolate cereal. 210 calories + 25g protein. This is basically a simple version of my PBJ protein yogurt bowl, which I love to make for bfast but it could be eaten as a snack too!
2️⃣ Homemade protein balls or bars - when I have the time I really like making a batch of protein balls or bars for the week. I love my chocolate pb protein balls, but recently I’ve been hooked on my pumpkin protein bars, which are 77 calories + 7g protein each.
3️⃣ Good ol’ fashioned protein shake - Kind of boring, but if you’re in need of a good amount of protein this is one of the easiest things to make. I like doing a scoop of chocolate or peanut butter Truvani protein with ½ of a frozen banana, almond milk and handful of ice. It’s so yummy and will give you at least 20 grams of protein.
4️⃣ Protein pudding - I make a few diff variations of this but my chocolate protein pudding is so stinking good! It’s made with 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 scoop of whey protein powder (I use Clean Simple Eats), 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder, ½ Tbsp of maple syrup and ½ tsp vanilla. 338 calories and 45g protein.
