This is a great vacation outfit, cruise outfit, or even a special event if you are the birthday girl, etc. The top has button back closure and ties at the shoulders, but the ties are not adjustable. The skirt has side zip closure and elastic around the back for comfort. I am wearing a size small in both the top and the bottom. It is a little big on me in the waist but worth getting altered. I am 5‘4“ for reference in length.
