I got this smart watch to start tracking heart rate and sleep and it does so much more!! It tracks sleep, steps, your monthly cycle, blood oxygen level, and even more. It connects to the phone if you want it to and syncs with the glory fit app. The battery has been on full for two days already. And I love that it’s dainty because I have small wrists.
