Dirty Lemon Tonic 🍋 3oz gin 2tsp finely chopped preserved lemon 5 thinly sliced fresh lemon wheels 1tsp sugar 4oz tonic water Muddle preserved lemon, lemon wheels and sugar. Add gin. Shake over ice and pour. Top with tonic water. Garnish with lemon wheels and green olives
