Sausage En Crute 🌭
Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 Tbsp Dijon
4 cooked sausages
1 egg white
Directions:
On a flour dusted cutting board, roll out a sheet of thawed puff pastry.
Next, spread a thin layer of Dijon over the pastry.
Cut pastry into 4 squares.
In each square roll up 1 sausage, pressing pastry seam to seal.
Brush egg white wash over each sausage bundle then slice into 1.5-2 inch pieces.
Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
Serve hot paired with yummy mustard.
