Morning ASMR + breakfast in a 2 under 2 house 🤣 this is our fav breakfast and it’s a healthier alternative to French toast!
Recipe:
1 full egg
2 egg whites
1/4 cup rolled oats
Cinnamon
Maple syrup
- whisk your eggs, add in your oats, pour into a lightly greased pan (i used avocado oil spray) let it cook thoroughly before flipping. Add cinnamon once you’ve flipped it and then fold. I like to let mine get a little browned on the outside, i feel like it gives it a little more “bread like” texture 🕺🏽 top with your fav syrup (and fruit if you’d like) and enjoy! 🍳
