Crusted chicken Ingredients: chicken breasts eggs Flour of choice (i used almond) Bread crumbs & Panko crumbs (you will mix these together) Italian seasoning Salt and pepper Olive oil Recipe: Butterfly your chicken breast and season both sides then pound them even (about 1/2 thick) Lightly coat both sides of your chicken in flour, then dip in the egg wash, and then in the panko/bread crumb mixture. Your pan should be on medium low heat (anything hotter will burn your chicken crust) Once your pan has heated up, add your olive oil and then place your chicken in.
