My morning routine details 👇
My mama picks up Gracie at 8am to babysit for the day (some days I have my daughter at home with me & some days I get help which allows me for more wellness/work time)!
🧖🏻♀️ Fresh face: right now I’m using @freshbeauty @sahajanskincare @summerfridays @nudestix
🫨 Whole body vibration exercise machine: I love doing this daily for about 1-2 minutes for lymphatic drainage — it wakes me up in a good way.
🍳🥑 Blood sugar balancing breakfast: I eat within 1 hour of being awake and opt for protein/ healthy fats. This supports happy hormones and energy! We went out for brunch here this time and I had the most delicious avocado toast 😋
💊 Supplements: I take beef liver pills as my “multi-vitamin” & it also helps support my iron levels. I cannot eat beef liver (ick) so I take it in this form for the benefits. The one I use is by @perfectsupplements 🐄
🍵 Matcha bone broth: I love that @becksbroth has both the benefits of matcha and bone broth for protein and energy. If I have matcha, I always make sure to have it after I’ve eaten breakfast so that I don’t spike my cortisol with caffeine on an empty stomach.
🚶🏻♀️➡️🐶🌿 Walk outside: I always get out in nature for a walk (summer or winter) and love having a dog for this reason (they always get you outside and moving). I keep my sunglasses off for the first 15 minutes to get sun in my eyes as well which is so good for your health and circadian rhythm (which in turn supports healthy hormones, quality sleep etc).
🍪 Create with your hands: I made muffins to surprise my daughter when she’s back home (these are filled with nourishing ingredients). Whether it’s baking something, painting, making a floral arrangement, I find doing something like this is calming to my nervous system.
