These White Cheddar Red Chicken Enchiladas are such an easy go-to weeknight meal! Easily whip these up with @sietefoods’ Red Enchilada sauce and Spicy Taco Seasoning. ⬇️RECIPE⬇️ 1 lb shredded chicken from rotisserie chicken 1 jar @sietefoods red enchilada sauce 1 package @sietefoods spicy taco seasoning 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 package bone broth powder (or 1 cup chicken broth) 2 cups shredded white cheddar 8 tortillas Mix the enchilada sauce and heavy cream, and set aside. In a nonstick pan, mix together chicken and taco seasoning. Add your chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes until thick enough to be a filling. Wrap up the filling in tortillas and place on your pan.
