Comment RECIPE below for this recipe sent to your DMs! ⬇️ Nothing satisfies quite like a hearty soup! This Veggie Beef Soup brings back the flavors I remember from cold nights growing up. This has the tastes of home in a bowl! I use homemade bone broth to get that all-day flavor in just under an hour. RECIPE: 1 lb ground beef (I use lean) 1 chopped onion 1 diced carrot 1 cup diced potatoes 2-3 heads of garlic, chopped 1 can corn, no added salt 1 can Lima beans 1 can diced tomatoes 1 cup elbow macaroni (optional) 1 Tbsp thyme 2 Tbsp tomato paste 3 cups homemade bone broth. I use chicken, but beef only makes it better! In a pan, brown your beef and add your thyme and tomato paste. Add chopped veggies to the beef once it’s completely browned. Once the onions are translucent, add your drained canned veggies. Mix together, then add your bone broth. Bring to a low boil, then turn down the heat and let simmer for about 45 minutes. If you want noodles, add them about 10 minutes before serving. Great topped with Parmesan cheese! Be sure to like and follow if you enjoyed this recipe! LTKHome
