Using Noble Ox seasoning from @homewetbar made this steak so full of flavor. I can’t wait to try it on other meats (and veggies, too!) This sandwich had so much flavor like arugula, Gruyère cheese…..just so yum!! RECIPE: 1 well marbled ribeye steak 1 Tablespoon Noble Ox Steak Seasoning 2 ciabatta rolls 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded I cup arugula Garlic Horseradish Aioli: 2 Tablespoons Duke’s Mayonnaise 1 tsp horseradish 1 tsp lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon @mailleus whole-grain mustard Start by making your garlic horseradish aioli, and set aside. Coat steak with seasoning, and cook to medium rare on a cast iron pan. Top ciabatta rolls with cheese, close sandwiches and warm in a 200 degree oven while you’re cooking your steak. Once steak is done and rested, take out rolls and pull sandwiches apart. Top with steak, arugula and horseradish aioli. ENJOY!!!!! LTKHome LTKParties
