If you need an easy recipe that’s going to wow, this one is it! Recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: 1.5 pounds of peeled, deveined shrimp with tails on. Juice from 1 lemon 3 tablespoons minced garlic 1 tablespoon chopped oregano 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary Salt and pepper to taste 4 tablespoons really good olive oil 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs 1/2 stick of butter, diced 1/4 cup dry white wine In a pan, coat your shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. While that’s marinating, make your breadcrumb mixture. In a separate bowl, mix your breadcrumbs, garlic, olive oil, and chopped herbs. Add a bit of salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. When shrimp have marinated for one hour, take out and top with your breadcrumb mixture and butter. You can add a bit more lemon here, as well as a splash of a dry white wine. Bake in a 425 degree oven until golden brown and bubbly (about 15 minutes). Cheers!! LTKSeasonal LTKFamily LTKHome
