They’re sweet, savory, with just a hint of spice- and oh my goodness, so delicious! 😋 RECIPE BELOW ⬇️ 4 pork chops, 1/2-3/4 inches thick 1 tablespoons avocado oil Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste Sauce: 2 tsp avocado oil 1/3 cup broth (chicken or beef) 1/3 cup soy sauce 4 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper 2 tsp cornstarch 2 tsp water Heat oil and brown your seasoned chops. In a bowl, combine broth, soy sauce; brown sugar and red pepper. Pour sauce over chops, cover and cook on medium low for 30 minutes. Add a little water, if needed. Remove chops to platter, and mix your cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Pour in your sauce and cook until thickened. Pour over your chops and egg noodles, and serve with a crisp green vegetable like broccoli or green beans! Enjoy! LTKHome
