It’s hard not to love a garlicky, buttery potato. Comment POTATO below for the recipe in your DMs!! Serves 3-4 4 Yukon gold potatoes, sliced however you please 2 cloves of garlic, minced 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley Salt Pepper Garlic powder (all to taste) 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese Slice your potatoes as you like, then soak in a bowl of ice water for 20 minutes. Take them out, pat them dry and mix olive oil, salt pepper and garlic powder with potatoes. Add to an air fryer and cook for 12-14 minutes on 390, tossing halfway. In a pan, melt your butter with fresh garlic and parsley, just until melted. Toss cooked potatoes in the pan, and remove from heat. Add to a bowl and top with Parmesan! Enjoy!! LTKHome
