Yall!! This Mississippi Pot Roast is in a category of its own! I tweaked the standard recipe just a bit (I was just curious how it would turn out 😂) and WOW! This is my new go-to pot roast recipe. RECIPE ⬇️ 1.5lb chuck roast 1 bottle pepperoncini peppers and juice 1/2 stick butter 1 package Italian dressing mix 1 package au jus gravy 1-2 tablespoons Noble Ox steak seasoning Coat your roast with Noble Ox seasoning from @homewetbar, then place in your slow cooker with all other ingredients.
