I upgraded the traditional sausage ball recipe we all know and love by subbing Boursin cheese for cream cheese, and using Cheddar Bay biscuit mix instead of regular. The flavor is soooooo delicious! These will be a hit at your holiday party, if they even last that long! Comment SAUSAGE for the recipe! 1 lb breakfast sausage 2 cups grated cheddar cheese (grate it yourself) 1 package Boursin cheese (I used shallot and chive) 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix Mix everything together in a mixer, then roll into small 1 inch balls and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
