Ingredients ⬇️ 1 lb chicken thighs, cut up 2 cups broccoli, blanched 1 container Alfredo sauce (I love Rana!) 1 package Pastabilites High Protein Penne Pasta Italian seasoning of your choice 2 tablespoons minced garlic Salt & Pepper Oil to cook In a pan, heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Coat your chicken with Italian seasoning (I like Good Seasons), then brown in your pan. Add broccoli, and use a liquid of your choice to deglaze the pan. I used some white wine; but chicken broth or water would be just fine. Turn heat down to medium low, and add in Alfredo sauce. If it feels a little thick, feel free to add 1/4 cup of milk.
