Did you know that the most decadent Chocolate Mousse only has 2 ingredients?! It’s literally the easiest thing to make and will blow your mind! See the recipe below! 2 bars (300g) dark chocolate, I used 70% Cocoa 4 cups heavy whipping cream In a small saucepan, scald 1 cup of your heavy cream until it just starts to bubble around the edges. Pour over your chocolate bars that have been broken up in a mixing bowl. Stir together until the chocolate is melted and it’s well incorporated. This will make what called a ganache! In a separate bowl, whip the rest of your whipped cream until stiff peaks form. You can add 1/2 cup powdered sugar if you like, but I don’t think it’s necessary. Set aside about 1 cup of whipped cream to top your mousse, but gently fold the rest into your ganache. Put in serving bowls or glasses, and top with remaining whipped cream.
