🩷Share with a friend and comment RECIPE below! ⬇️ 🩷 Y’all just haven’t had potato salad until you’ve tried my MIL’s Creamy Dill Potato Salad! This one is nothing like the standard yellow potato salad that yall know and love. Trust me, I know that one has its’ place in this world…but hear me out on this one! It’s creamy, tangy and full of delicious flavor! Recipe ⬇️ Ingredients: 1 lb bag yellow or red baby potatoes, quartered 1/2 cup mayo (only Dukes will do) 1/2 cup Zesty Italian premade salad dressing 1/3 cup chopped green onions 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Juice from 1 lemon 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill or 2 tablespoons dried dill Salt and pepper to taste. Wash and Quarter your potatoes, then boil in salted water until tender. In a separate bowl, combine all of your other ingredients and mix well. Drain your potatoes, then let them cool a bit. You want them still a bit warm; but not steaming hot. Coat them with your dressing mix and stir well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, but overnight is best. Top with more green onions to serve!
