For reals I want to know— What percentage of your body weight are you carrying around these days? I weigh about 165 lbs, my toddler is 34 lb and baby is 20 lb. So together they are literally 33% (!!!) of my body weight. 😳 And you know what? If you don’t know how to properly manage your core pressure and “lift weights” like this, you’re gonna feel it in your pelvic floor. You’re gonna give yourself a prolapse or a leaking issue or or or… Or you learn to breathe correctly and lift correctly and make your body stronger, not weaker, over time. 👀 And now I’m curious!!
