Here’s what happened when I stopped wishing my life was different…

When I first found out I was pregnant, I was *terrified.* I was dreading all the changes in my body, my life..I had heard so many horror stories, and I didn’t want that to be my story.

I had zero clue what I was doing in the beginning, and now, almost 6 years later, my life looks exactly like what I used to dream about.

👉 I’ve learned so much about my changing body that I have more respect than ever for her.
👉 I practiced and prepped and had the most incredible birth experiences. Not easy, but empowered. Peaceful.
👉 My priorities have shifted, and I’m constantly being invited to be present for what really matters.

Alllllllll because I made a conscious choice that my motherhood journey would be one of peace and empowerment, not overwhelm and fear.

What percentage of your body weight are you carrying around these days?

I weigh about 165 lbs, my toddler is 34 lb and baby is 20 lb. So together they are literally 33% (!!!) of my body weight. 😳

And you know what? If you don’t know how to properly manage your core pressure and “lift weights” like this, you’re gonna feel it in your pelvic floor.

You’re gonna give yourself a prolapse or a leaking issue or or or…

Or you learn to breathe correctly and lift correctly and make your body stronger, not weaker, over time.

👀 And now I’m curious!!
