How do you stay motivated on your fitness journey?

I have two hints:
✅ do something you really enjoy
✅ reward yourself with cute workout clothes

Ok, real fitness coaches might cringe at this, there are a ton of science based tips that are probably more important but hey, these tips work for me. 😂.

I absolutely love hiking and climbing high mountains and when I’m in comfy and cute clothes I tend to perform better 😉

FYI, the mountain you see in the background is Piestewa Peak in Phoenix. I try to climb this at least once or twice a week. It’s a tough one, I’m usually dying when I summit but it’s so worth the view!

One thing I know is that this week my marathon will be run in business chic and heels…..

Are you celebrating New Years Eve?

Truth, we never go out on the 31st but this year we are going to a fancy dinner on the 1st. I’ll be wearing this fun combo, red pants, black tunic and of course my heels 👠 😉.

As for my actual outfit on New Years, stay tuned for stories…. Comfy sweats, fuzzy robe, wine and Netflix for us 😉.
