How do you stay motivated on your fitness journey?
I have two hints:
✅ do something you really enjoy
✅ reward yourself with cute workout clothes
Ok, real fitness coaches might cringe at this, there are a ton of science based tips that are probably more important but hey, these tips work for me. 😂.
I absolutely love hiking and climbing high mountains and when I’m in comfy and cute clothes I tend to perform better 😉
FYI, the mountain you see in the background is Piestewa Peak in Phoenix. I try to climb this at least once or twice a week. It’s a tough one, I’m usually dying when I summit but it’s so worth the view!
