To front tuck or not to front tuck-that is the question! The answer is, sometimes! My take is that the full tuck is trending, but that doesn’t mean the front tuck is dead. It still is a great choice for certain tops, especially bulkier tops like sweaters.

Layers are key for this time of year, especially in south Texas. This exact pajama print is out of stock but I have the set in 3 other prints and I just rotate through them. They’re 100% cotton poplin. I love them oversized so I size up one to a small, regular length. They also have petite and tall. I’ve really come to embrace monochromatic outfits to feel more put together. Their v-neck sweater is 40% off this week and comes in quite a few colors. It’s a closet staple, along with the cotton tee and the tencel joggers. I’m wearing the joggers in an XS but regular length. The petite is too short if you’re 5’4” tall. They’re great everyday size pants and also perfect for travel. If I was leaving the house I would swap the house shoes for actual loafers.

2. I don't actually wear this as a workout top. I wear this crewneck to layer under tops, sweaters, etc.

3. This drawstring waist ¼ zip is a Varley inspired piece.

4. This cozy soft knt v-neck top almost feels like it's from Barefoot Dreams. Comes in lots of solids and stripes.

5. I love this faux wool belted shirt jacket. It even has side pockets like a real jacket-and comes in lots of colors!

For sizing, I purchased everything in the smallest size they offered. I do already have the navy lounge set, but in oatmeal and I got that in an XS and it fits perfectly. I liked it so much I ordered it again in navy!

More details:
1. This is a reorder in a new color for 2025. I love the tunic length with leggings and black boots. Size XS

2. I have these earrings in gold already and ordered silver to go with my outfits for when I go to the San Antonio Spurs basketball games!

3. I liked it so much I bought it twice! Size XS. Also comes in rose gold.

4. I LOVE this idea of a deconstructed trench coat. It's the same fabric as the collared set. I sized up to a small so I can wear it over bulkier tops.

5. I just organized my closet and one of the big things I'm missing is COLOR! I already have this cardigan in white/black and navy. It's SO soft!

6. My plan is to wear this unbuttoned/open over a tee or tank with jeans. I like the slightly cropped length.

7. This one is inspired by a Varley piece and I want to see how it works with just a skin tone bra underneath.

Leggings aren’t just for the gym- but there are a few “rules” I have for myself when wearing them as part of an outfit. 1️⃣ The crotch must be covered! Longer shirt length is a must! Let’s kick off the post holiday sales with some pieces that I picked up for an upcoming trip-and then decided I needed to wear them now! The button front blouse is UPF 40+ AND it doesn’t wrinkle-it’s a travel essential! These high waisted cargo pants are a pull on design and the cuffs have a snap option so you can wear them straight leg or tapered. They’re nice enough for a work environment but they’re so comfy they feel like lounge wear-and also great for travel. The hardest part was deciding on a color-so I bought two pairs! Everything runs true to size. Wearing an XS in the top and size 2 regular in the pants. They come in petite and tall lengths too! Everything is 30% off and up to another 70% off on their website! If you can’t wear gold shoes out to run errands this week, then when can you? Decided to get a little festive while running to the mall to pick up an online order and then the grocery store to grab some last minute items for Hanukkah dinner. While the outfit was NOT a mistake, going to the mall and the grocery store on December 23rd was not my best idea. It was like a full contact sport in there! My advice: delivery!! 😆
