Story behind this outfit-I’d been working on the computer all day and never changed out of my pajamas (I was in a groove). We decided to run through a drive through to pick up some dinner and threw this on to go. Conclusion: this outfit felt like I was still wearing pajamas but I felt put together and confident. Next time, I’ll just get dressed at the beginning of the day and I’ll probably be more productive too! The pants are an elastic waist and run big. I sized down one. Sparkle isn’t just for holiday parties! I wore this outfit to cheer on our @Spurs beat the Oklahoma City Thunder! Our colors are silver and black so I put together some sparkle and shine that would also work for any date night. The jacket is lined so it’s not scratchy. The jeans are incredible but I do recommend sizing up one. They come in two inseam lengths-I’m wearing the 26 inch length.

Let’s start by admitting that humidity and my hair do not go well together. 😆 Now, if you’re looking for a fall outfit that’s actually rather casual but looks very put together and can take you to a variety of settings, look no further than the classic combo of a chambray/denim shirt and off-white corduroys. In the spring/summer, the bottoms would be white jeans but fall/winter I prefer changing it up to corduroys and off-white. Add some rich brown accessories (belt, shoes, bag), layer on the gold jewelry and throw on some oversized sunglasses and it gives me a 70’s casual chic vibe. Don’t forget the hair gel to tame the baby hairs like I did-I’ll link what I have at home but forgot to use!

These three pieces seem basic but the quality is unbelievable! This cotton cashmere blend dolman sleeve sweater (size XS) is the perfect transition piece for this not quite fall weather. The jeans are my new favorites. They are only $50, come in three washes, and two inseam lengths. I sized up one waist size (27) and went with the 26 inch inseam. The Italian suede loafers remind me of a designer pair I tried but they are very budget friendly. They molded to my feet right out of the box! I just can’t get over the quality AND the pricing on this outfit!

1. Love the look of a Julie Vos necklace but wanted to see how much I'd wear it before I bought one, so I found this under $20 option and I love it!

2. These classic ankle boots with a kitten heel have a higher shaft so they can work well with cropped pants too. Runs true to size.

3. This boar bristle brush is the key to my curls holding on for more than 2 days.

4. If you love butter on toast, you need this no tech, old school way to keep your butter spreadable!

5. My new favorite SPF-gives so much glow and works great under my foundation.

What do we think? Tucked in or not? There’s no wrong answer with this under $15 find. It’s one of the softest shirts I’ve found, has a flattering neckline and comes in so many options. I bought two more in solid colors. You can wear it over leggings, with jeans, pants, as loungewear with joggers…the options are there! I’d say either way, Rowdy looks happy!

Tank top, jeans and a sweater but make it look dressed up. If I had a fall uniform, this would be it! Best part is that it’s COMFORTABLE! Once the weather gets cold, I’ll swap out the slingbacks for a higher shaft ankle boot which I’ve also linked (and bought in two colors)!
