- Gary Player won his second Masters jacket two days earlier.
- Richard Nixon was still President…but by the end of April 1974, Gerald Ford would be President.
- And the Governor of the beautiful state of Georgia was a former naval submarine lieutenant turned peanut farmer.

Jimmy Carter is the quintessential example of how reasonable people can disagree on important issues…yet still recognize that there is something beautiful in that other person.

Last January, I completed a neutral kitchen refresh of my 24 year old kitchen Previously, these countertops were French country blue and white tile. I used a tile paint to paint them white. And one year later, they are still pristinely white with only a few minor scrapes that need touching up. I added a few other pieces here from Amazon and I still love my neutral kitchen refresh a year later.
