STUFFED MUSHROOMS
8oz of mushrooms
1 tbsp of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
2 tbsp of chopped jalapeno
3 tbsp of chopped spring onion greens
1 package of softened cream cheese
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 a cup of panko breadcrumbs
Clean the mushrooms and remove their stems. Chop up the stems and lightly pan fry in some butter for 2-3 minutes till slightly golden brown. Add the buttery stems to the softened cream cheese and mix the remaining ingredients (except the breadcrumbs) to the cream cheese mixture. Stuff the mushrooms with about a tbsp of the cream cheese mixture and top them off with the breadcrumbs. Place the mushrooms on a prepared baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
