#AD Nothing like sitting at home with a big bowl of noodles. And you didn’t have to leave the house, because you used the Instacart app to get all your groceries delivered to you.
Make full use of the Instacart app, get these groceries delivered to you and make this pasta. Totally hit the spot.
1 lb of deveined raw shrimp
Seasonings: garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper (I did 1/2 a tsp each)
Oil for cooking
1 knob of butter
1 package spaghetti
1/2 a white onion diced
4 chopped cloves of garlic
1.5 cups of sliced cherry tomatoes
Seasonings/ salt to taste, 1 tsp of dried parsley, pinch of dried oregano, pinch of white pepper
Juice of 1/2 a large lemon
1.5 cups of fresh baby spinach chopped
1 cup of heavy cream or half and half

Marinate the shrimps in the seasonings listed under them. Heat a medium sized pan, add about 1.5 tbsp of oil and fry only for about 2 mins per side. Add a knob of butter in the end for a light sauce. Removed from stove
Boil spaghetti according to package instructions
Reserve a cup of pasta water
In a medium sized pan, add some oil and let it start heating up, fry the onions till translucent, then fry the garlic till fragrant. Next pour in the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 15 mins till they release their juices.
Season to taste
Add the cream
And the spinach and let the cream heat up. Then add the shrimp back in along with the noodles.
Add a little pasta water to loosen up the sauce.

STUFFED MUSHROOMS
8oz of mushrooms
1 tbsp of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
2 tbsp of chopped jalapeno
3 tbsp of chopped spring onion greens
1 package of softened cream cheese
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 a cup of panko breadcrumbs
Clean the mushrooms and remove their stems. Chop up the stems and lightly pan fry in some butter for 2-3 minutes till slightly golden brown. Add the buttery stems to the softened cream cheese and mix the remaining ingredients (except the breadcrumbs) to the cream cheese mixture. Stuff the mushrooms with about a tbsp of the cream cheese mixture and top them off with the breadcrumbs. Place the mushrooms on a prepared baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
