My Morning 🌅Routine Set Up! Omg this walking pad has been a game changer for me. It is light weight and compact. It fits right under my standing desk.

I upgraded to the one that can go up higher in speed to 6.8. I can do work at about 3.8 and under 👍🏾. I can jog at 5.5!

The standing desk can be adjusted by pushing a button. It’s more spacious than I thought!
