My Morning 🌅Routine Set Up! Omg this walking pad has been a game changer for me. It is light weight and compact. It fits right under my standing desk. The walking pad goes from 1.0 speed to 4.0. I can do work at about 3.6 and under 👍🏾. The standing desk can be adjusted by pushing a button. It’s more spacious than I thought!
