These have been game changers at 48✌🏾✨ 1. Walking 🚶🏾‍♀️- A lot of walking! I walk 2 miles a day on most days with my walking pad. If I can add in an evening walk with my hubby, even better. The key is to not be hard on myself when I can’t do it. 2. Waking up at 5 am - This gives me time for me! To reflect, refocus, and reset. 3. Stopped Drinking - I know this is unpopular! I just stopped when I was nursing my son 13 years ago. It’s easier to stop than you think. 4. Weight Training - Getting stronger feels so good. I had a trainer for about 2 years. Life changing! 5. Thriving Not Aging - Am I getting older? Yes! Am I stressed about it? No! I see aging as a privilege and motivation. It’s really never too late to invest in yourself and your peace.
