Rosemary Pear Spritz
1.5 oz Gin
.75 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1.5OZ pear nectar
.25 oz rosemary syrup
2 sprigs Rosemary
Prosecco, to top
rosemary and pear slices to garnish
Add gin, elderflower liqueur, pear nectar, and rosemary syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with prosecco, garnish with rosemary and pear slices, and enjoy!
