I take
• 2 magnesium capsules before bed
• 2 Gabba capsules before bed and I keep on my nightstand for if I wake in the middle of the night. I’ll take two more to help me get back to a deep sleep fast.
• 2 Calm capsules in the middle of the day, after lunch, and two anytime I’m feeling extra deregulated.
• a syringe full of lemon balm if I’m out and about and need nervous system help
• my Ashwaganda is within my Nutrafol supplement. I take 4 capsules after lunch. - I’ve taken other Ashwaganda in the past that did nothing for me. I’ve been able to tell a huge difference with taking Nutrafol daily.
