Back in 2019 I got real serious about switching all my products to clean ones. As soon as I ran out of something that wasn’t clean I tossed it and bought a cleaner version. Here are my first 5 switches to my non-toxic lifestyle.
1. Foundation - Mineral Fusion
2. Blush - Mineral Fusion
3. Body Lotion - I was using Billie’s Dry Bye body lotion but they’ve recently reformulated and it’s not as clean as it used to be. I’ve linked another one I’ll be using next.
4. Face Washes - I use the Averr Aglow one first at night with an organic cotton pad and wipe off while exfoliating with a fresh, warm and wet wash cloth. Follow the cleansing nectar up with the Prose face wash at night as well. Then, I use the Aromatica cleansing oil in the morning. Rub onto a rinsed and dried face until the oil soaks in. Then rinse.
4. Prose Shampoo & Conditioner - these have literally transformed my hair. Nothing has helped my hair as much as this duo has.

I take
• 2 magnesium capsules before bed
• 2 Gabba capsules before bed and I keep on my nightstand for if I wake in the middle of the night. I’ll take two more to help me get back to a deep sleep fast.
• 2 Calm capsules in the middle of the day, after lunch, and two anytime I’m feeling extra deregulated.
• a syringe full of lemon balm if I’m out and about and need nervous system help
• my Ashwaganda is within my Nutrafol supplement. I take 4 capsules after lunch. - I’ve taken other Ashwaganda in the past that did nothing for me. I’ve been able to tell a huge difference with taking Nutrafol daily.
