FRIDAY FAVES - MY SUPPLEMENT ROUTINE
1️⃣ SEED DS-01 Daily Synbiotic - If you’re looking to improve your gut health in the new year, I highly recommend taking a high-quality probiotic + prebiotic. This is the one I’ve been taking for years now and our kids take the pediatric line. I feel like it’s been a game changer for our digestive health and immune systems. We have a subscription through SEED, but their products are now available at Target if you just want to try them out.
2️⃣ Pure Encapsulations Magnesium - Isaac and I both swear by taking magnesium before bed each night. It supports overall magnesium levels and can help support relaxation, sleep and mood. I like using glycinate or bisglycinate for better absorption.
3️⃣ MaryRuth’s Liquid Multivitamin + Hair Growth - I’ve been taking this liquid multivitamin in an effort to help with the hair breakage I’ve been experiencing as well as fine lines. So far so good. The taste is not amazing, but it’s not terrible either.
4️⃣ Creatine - I started taking creatine this year and have definitely noticed a difference in my muscle growth and workout recovery. I also like knowing that it may support brain health. I really like the FASTer Way brand because it’s easy on my stomach, but Isaac takes the Thorne brand and doesn’t have any issues.
5️⃣ Thorne Berbeine - I started taking this a few months ago to help support my immune function and blood sugar regulation. So far I’m really liking it.
