You know the Jennifer Aniston salad that has gone totally viral?! I have the recipe on my site and it’s fabulous, but this version (which is supposedly the real salad Jen ate every day on the set of friends) is soo good too and honestly, even better for hitting my macro goals because it packs 45 grams of protein!! Here’s how to make it: · 2 hearts romaine lettuce, shredded · 8 oz grilled chicken, diced · ⅓ cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed · 2 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped · 1 oz chopped salami · ½ cup diced tomatoes · ¼ cup pecorino Romano cheese, shaved (or Italian cheese) · ¼ -⅓ cup Italian dressing vinaigrette 1️⃣ Add romaine lettuce to a large mixing bowl. 2️⃣ Top with diced and cooled grilled chicken, chickpeas, turkey bacon, salami, tomatoes and cheese. 3️⃣ Drizzle with italian dressing, toss and serve! jennifer aniston salad | cobb salad | high protein salad |high protein diet
