FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL We have a tradition of post-school snacks in theme on first days. I love this tradition because it brings us all together to hear about all the tea— who is in their class, first impressions, and what they are looking forward to most this year. This year I filled piping bags to look like pencils using mini chocolate chips, cheddar popcorn, goldfish, Hershey kisses and strawberry wafer cookies. They are quite big so the kids shared one and there’s leftover to enjoy later in the week. I usually gift some practical new and fun school supplies to have for homework and projects, too! This year Savi got smash-up smelly Crayola coloring items, rulers, pencils, a jelly case for the supplies and some lunch box notes and jokes sets. LTKKids LTKSeasonal LTKBacktoSchool
