🧡One of my favorite appetizers - figs with combozola, pecans and honey. Quick, easy and super tasty. Preheat the oven at 350 Fahrenheit. Take figs, rinse them off and get rid of stems. Let them dry a bit. Then cut each fig from the top in four parts, but do not cut fully through. Leave the very bottom. Now put all the figs into baking dish and spread them out a bit. Then comes combozola cheese. Cut it into small pieces and fill in each fig with combozola piece. Now add some honey on top and send to the oven for about 7 minutes to heat and mix at 350 Fahrenheit. In the meanwhile crush some fresh pecans. Now take figs out of oven, sprinkle with crushed pecans and serve. Vuala! Enjoy! Great for any occasion. Goes perfectly with wine and charcuterie board. ✨👌🏼Sharing my personal lifehack which saves me so much time and effort, super healthy and delicious! I chop couple shallots, preheat pan at medium high, add a bit of olive oil, add shallots. Cover with lid and let shallots cook for couple minutes, they should start to turn transparent. When they do, add shredded carrots, mix and cover with lid for another five or so minutes. Turn down the heat to medium. Now open the lid, umm smells delicious! It is just the beginning! Add some garlic paste, frozen garlic or fresh garlic. I love frozen garlic bites, they give perfect smell and taste to my dishes. Also I love to use garlic paste. Clean, quick and easy solution. So add garlic and lemongrass paste. Mix altogether and cover with lid again for another couple minutes. You want to mix the flavors. Turn down the heat to medium-low. Now come chicken tights. Open the lid and put chicken tights on top of the carrots. Close with lid. Leave the heat low to medium and let it cook for about 30 minutes. Open the lid. Smells so good, I know:) Turn all the tights to the other side. Do not mix yet. Close the lid and cook for another 20 minutes. Now when it’s cooked you can mix everything evenly. This is not the end:) You can try right away with some rice, potatoes or veggies. I cook quiet a bunch of chicken tights. Now I let them sit for some time to cool down. Then I freeze them in portions and use when I need to. Best part is that if to put it in water you can make a bullion and a soup, chicken noodle for example in minutes! Vuala! Rinse everything with water and make sure to dry with paper towel - this is very important. Now chop everything and put in a bowl. Do not mix yet! Another important detail here is the sequence of layers - start with shallots, then green onions, parsley, cilantro then dill. Vuala! Store in a fridge immediately. This mix allows me to quickly elevate my salads, soups, eggs, omelets, any dishes. Perfect solution to make quick real salsa in seconds. Boil eggs - I put eggs in boiling water for two and a half minutes. Then quickly take eggs from the heat and put them under cold water for half a minute. Then peel. Split. Add some mayo. Rosemary is very flavorful and adds strong taste so I prefer to tear couple stems as I do like to feel rosemary:) Add a bit of garlic salt, fresh or dried garlic, oregano leaves, sprinkle with a bit of olive oil and a bunch of parmesan cheese. Add crushed pecans - this is one of my favorite parts - I just love to crush fresh pecans with my pestle! Follow with 2 spoons of salad topping with sunflower and pumpkin seed and cranberries. I like my pecans and topping in glass jars with wood lids in a pantry. I add some chives, cilantro, dill and shallots. Then comes The Queen of this salad - Strawberry 🍓- I love slicing it with this super cool razor cup. It serves as slicing and measuring tool simultaneously - genius idea! Vuala! Sprinkle with some feta cheese - I recommend to take feta in a bulk it is way more moistures, add extra virgin olive oil, glaze with a bit of balsamic, add a touch of salt.
