My leggings are actually The Jobst Confidence flat knit compression. They are made to fit custom. I found a similar more affordable garment on Amazon! And my bra is one of the most supportive sports bras I own and the colored options are on sale!!! 💁‍♀️

Still cannot believe I did this in the airport after walking 8 miles a day 3 days in a row, and NOTHING hurts! My knees, my back my hips!!!! 🥹🙏🏻 Found some great compression socks that I wore on the plane and during daily walks. It made a huge difference!!!!!!!! And these jeans run large. Size down! I’m in a 31 here, but I usually wear 32 in Joe’s! These are super soft and comfy!
