My leggings are actually The Jobst Confidence flat knit compression. They are made to fit custom. I found a similar more affordable garment on Amazon! And my bra is one of the most supportive sports bras I own and the colored options are on sale!!! 💁‍♀️

Still cannot believe I did this in the airport after walking 8 miles a day 3 days in a row, and NOTHING hurts! My knees, my back my hips!!!! 🥹🙏🏻 Found some great compression socks that I wore on the plane and during daily walks. It made a huge difference!!!!!!!! And these jeans run large. Size down! I’m in a 31 here, but I usually wear 32 in Joe’s! These are super soft and comfy!

We can all use a reminder to carve out some time for self care right now! Highly recommend a bath with a bath bomb, a few drops of body oil, a candle, and some wine or grape juice! Also listening to an audio book and doing a relaxing or gratitude meditation is incredible! Brene Brown is my author of choice at the moment!
